By creating an account, accessing, or using any sun4d Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in Indonesia and internationally. To register for and use sun4d Services, You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination.

sun4d is required to verify Your identity to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. Before Your first withdrawal, You must submit valid identification documents including a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). sun4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions.
You are permitted only one Account with sun4d. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and permanent ban from sun4d Services. If You discover You have accidentally created multiple accounts, You must immediately notify sun4d customer support.
sun4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.
Deposits are typically credited to Your Account instantly or within 5 minutes of successful payment. If Your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with Your transaction reference number. sun4d does not charge deposit fees, though Your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. sun4d reserves the right to conduct source of funds verification and may request bank statements or other financial documentation.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. sun4d supports withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and verified e-wallets. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier, with standard accounts limited to Rp 100,000,000 per day.
sun4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 15-30 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed starting from 08:00 WIB the next business day.
Before withdrawing funds, You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Deposits not matched with bonuses must be wagered at least once at minimum odds before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. sun4d reserves the right to request additional wagering on deposits showing irregular betting patterns.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is approved. sun4d may request additional documentation including selfie verification (photo of You holding Your ID next to Your face) for security purposes.

VIP tier progression is calculated automatically based on Your total wagering across all products over a rolling 30-day period. All players must adhere to fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited: use of bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence tools; collusion with other players; exploiting software bugs or errors; deliberate disconnection to manipulate game outcomes; and any form of cheating or fraudulent activity. Violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and betting market. sun4d follows internationally recognized sports betting rules. In cases of abandoned matches, postponements, or venue changes, standard betting industry rules apply (typically void bets if match not resumed within 24-48 hours). Results published on sun4d match the official source results. In case of discrepancy, official lottery authority results take precedence. sun4d provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for continuous availability, sun4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. sun4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use or inability to use Services, including but not limited to:
In no event shall sun4d's total liability to You for all damages exceed the amount of deposits You have made to Your Account in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, You must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened after a 7-day cooling-off period unless closed under a self-exclusion program (see our Responsible Gaming policy).

Upon termination for breach of terms, sun4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void all pending bets and bonuses. Where legally required, sun4d will return deposited funds minus any bonus funds and winnings derived from breached activity.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gambling regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sun4d holds its gaming license.
